✨Nashville Has a Body-Inclusive Spa✨ As soon as I ✨Nashville Has a Body-Inclusive Spa✨

As soon as I heard about R+R Wellness at the Grand Hyatt Nashville, I booked my first Aescape Massage. Zero regrets.

I ended up staying for hours because the amenities are genuinely that good!

👉🏼Heated rooftop pool with a perfect skyline view.
👉🏼A fitness center that overlooks the city.
👉🏼Quiet lounge areas with fireplaces, refreshments, and a calm atmosphere.
👉🏼Heated wave beds that gently vibrate so you can fully relax.
👉🏼A sauna and steam showers withhigh-quality spa products.

And then there’s the Aescape massage. It’s a fully customizable robotic massage, which means you choose the pressure, focus areas, music, scenery, and pace.

If traditional massages feel uncomfortable or vulnerable, this option gives you full control of your experience from start to finish.

But how are they a body-inclusive spa in Nashville?🤔

➡️Robes come in multiple one-size options, including 4-5X.
➡️Slippers are available in a wide range of sizes.
➡️For the Aescape massage, they provide fitted clothing from XXS up to 4–5X. Since you are asked to size down, more sizes can be included.
➡️The massage bed is also spacious and fully adjustable for head, arm, and ankle support so your body is comfortable.

If a robotic massage isn’t your thing, they also have massage therapists and estheticians offering services too.

💰Prices range from under $100 to about $250.

Comment SPA or message me and I’ll send you my code for $20 off your first massage. This isn’t an ad. I’m just genuinely excited to share a spa that actually walks the walk when it comes to inclusivity!

I asked my ED clients what comments or moments the I asked my ED clients what comments or moments they dread hearing at Thanksgiving 🦃

These were the ones that came up over and over again…

Honestly… This is just the tip of the iceberg!

I have entire pages of things they’ve heard or had said to them in past holidays that were harmful or, at the least, not helpful.

These are real statements from real people doing incredibly hard recovery work.

Wanting the people around you to stick to neutral language and avoid body or food comments isn’t “being sensitive.”

It’s asking for a basic form of safety and respect.

Is there something you’re bracing yourself to hear this year? Tell me about it in the comments 👇🏼

Today’s takeaway: too many people are dismissed as “not sick enough” or “too complex,” leaving them without the support they deserve.

You don’t need to meet a criteria to be worthy of help. And you don’t need to hit a breaking point to be taken seriously.

Stay tuned as we unpack evidence, challenge stigma, and make research actually usable for real people.

Most people with PCOS aren’t getting enough fiber🥦 Most people with PCOS aren’t getting enough fiber🥦

A 2025 review found that people with PCOS tend to eat less than 20 grams of fiber per day.

Those who increased their fiber saw improvements in insulin sensitivity and overall metabolic health.

This serves as a great reminder that you don’t need to track or restrict to support your PCOS Health!

Focus on gentle, consistent nourishment, and perhaps add more fiber-rich foods to your meals.
