I love dining at First Watch and one of my favorite items on the menu is not what you’d think… it’s their Lemon-dressed Greens. It is always fresh, bright, tangy, and I find myself craving them. I don’t always have the opportunity to dine there, so I learned how to dress up my own greens at home.

  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions
