Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, add the mixed salad greens.
  • In a separate small bowl, whisk together the freshly squeezed lemon juice and extra-virgin olive oil until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Drizzle the lemon dressing over the mixed salad greens.
  • Toss the salad gently to coat the greens evenly with the dressing.
  • Serve the Lemon-Dressed Greens Salad immediately.
