Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup of Plain Greek Yogurt
  • ½ cup of mixed berries fresh or frozen
  • ¼ cup of Blood Sugar Friendly Granola

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the blood sugar friendly granola as the recipe states.
  • Start the parfait by layering the Greek yogurt at the bottom of a clear glass or jar.
  • Add a layer of fresh berries on top of the Greek yogurt.
  • Sprinkle the granola on top of the berries.
  • Repeat this layering process with the remaining ingredients.
  • Serve immediately or store it in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
