of Plain Greek Yogurt
½
cup
of mixed berries
fresh or frozen
¼
cup
of granola
Instructions
Prepare the blood sugar friendly granola as the recipe states.
Start the parfait by layering the Greek yogurt at the bottom of a clear glass or jar.
Add a layer of fresh berries on top of the Greek yogurt.
Sprinkle the granola on top of the berries.
Repeat this layering process with the remaining ingredients.
Serve immediately or store it in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
