Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Spinach
  • 1 scoop of Collagen
  • 1/2 cup frozen Blueberries
  • 1 tbsp Flax seeds
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1/2 Kiwi fruit
  • 1 cup unsweetened Vanilla Almond milk
  • 1/4 tsp dried or fresh Ginger

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine the spinach, collagen, avocado, frozen blueberries, flax seeds, almond milk, and spices.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
  • Layer sliced kiwi fruit on top with a sprinkle of additional flax seeds.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

You can add ice to this recipe for a different consistency. Fresh ginger works wonders as well as other spices like cinnamon. You can also add calorie-free sweetener if you want more sweetness!
