In a blender, combine the spinach, collagen, avocado, frozen blueberries, flax seeds, almond milk, and spices.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
Layer sliced kiwi fruit on top with a sprinkle of additional flax seeds.

Notes
You can add ice to this recipe for a different consistency. Fresh ginger works wonders as well as other spices like cinnamon. You can also add calorie-free sweetener if you want more sweetness!
