Fertility Support

There is a huge misconception that people with PCOS need to avoid dairy. This is an unfortunate myth because incorporating dairy into your diet can possibly improve your fertility with PCOS.

This study (1) looked at over 18,500 women and found that high intakes low-fat dairy had a negative impact on fertility, however, intakes of full-fat dairy showed improvements on fertility. In fact, the benefits of full-fat showed a 50% reduced risk of ovulatory infertility. If you are trying to conceive, consider opting for a full-fat greek yogurt when you’re making this recipe.
